Impressive knowledge. Still, don't you think that if anyone in your top 10 sparred with Wlad enough he'd get knocked down hard as well?
Maybe but doubt it.His chin is shaky as well I have watched some of his fights. And he all of a sudden muscled up, roids I think, this happened in short time period.
Interesting I need to check out Stark then Surprised you have Rudenko and Washington there but not Teslenko, &Granat, . I suppose its too early for the likes of Afonin, Romanov,Gorman in a list like this. I'm looking forward to the Granat vs Dinu fight I think that will be a interesting fight between 2 good prospects.
I think Granat is too green, unpolished plus I knew about him a long time ago and after seeing sparring session with Gomez when Gomez was on the comeback trail I was not impressed he was trained by Holyfield for short time period right across that time as well.
So Chisora has said recently that he had never sparred Povetkin.I remember at least 2 reports about him sparring Povetkin and photo as well, interesting.
I had Boytsov ahead on points but it was a close fight, surprisingly for me at that time. Musafarov is a teak tough cookie with a truly misleading fight record. I dont understand why Dinu is that high in your list.Abovementioned Boytsov -for example-wiped the floor with him and knocked him out in south corea . Anyway! You made a good point, mate! Musafarov is flying under everyone's radar due to his poor fight record but you are right in rating him quite highly. He is a very decent heavy weight who plays more or less in Eric Molina's league.Come to think of it if forced I would probably bet my few coins on Musafarov in a fight against Molina.
Because I think can beat 13 guys from top 20 and he will beat Granat, the young prospect who is more known than him, of course, if the fight happens.Granat's chin, movement, and defense are not that great.
Granat's amateur career in Sweden was impressive but he never gained international success. And he was beaten by fellow countryman Modo Sallah in the amateurs by 1 round ko in 2011 Sweden nationals.
Oleksandr Usyk/Andriy Rudenko in amateurs,Usyk won this fight by 14/6 score: This content is protected
1.Hughie Fury.Great addition to heavyweight division, can outbox majority of heavyweights in my view.Lucas Browne struggled with Rudenko but Hughie just outboxed him via wide decision.I would favour him against Joshua due to his superior boxing ability. 2.Timur Musafarov, he is named Timur Stark now.Beat Helenius unofficially.Beat Teper unofficially.Beat Boytsov unofficially.Still, have only 10 fights but he will fight for the EU title next. 3.Andriy Rudenko or his known also by his real name Dmitro Rudenko..He beat Lucas Browne unofficially. 4.Bogdan Dinu.If the fight with Granat happens he will beat Granat. 5.Gerald Washington.Holds good punch, decent hand speed but can be outboxed easily. 6.Sergey Kuzmin.European championship winner and was 2 at the follow-up. 7.Oscar Rivas.Beat Andy Ruiz Jr at least two times in amateurs by the wide score.packs a punch, have fast hands.Recovers from shoulder injury right now. Will be back in first part of 2017. 8.Rostislav Plecko.Beat Buule by first round ko, Kuzmin beat this guy by ud in his debut. You can read more about him in my cruiserweight and heavyweight prospects thread. 9.Junior Fa.Have 2 wins and 2 loses against parker in amateurs, he erased Parker chances for competing at Olympics by defeating him in the 3 round of qualifying event. 10.Agit Kabayel.Looks promising, will fight for the vacant EBU title next.Is improving fast.Next up Marius Wach for the vacant EBU heavyweight title.
