I rather foolishly have booked for me, my dad and brother to go over to London for the fight before the tickets have been released.. and obviously stubhub played up and they are all sold out until Jan 16th, does anybody know of any way to get tickets without having to pay around £250 for a £40 ticket? **** Stubhub and **** Hearns affiliation with the touts. Sick about this but any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

do yourself a favour and save your money, its heavyweight boxing could be over in 1 or 2 rounds quite easily, and Klitschko has had his fair share of boring fights.

In would not be supprised if the touts outside Wembley make less than £20 a ticket in all fairness anthony Joshua the biggest name in British boxing but 90,000? Come on

Have a look on Seetickets and look to buy a ticket and coach package, you'll have to actuallly catch the coach in order to get your ticket (they will only give you your ticket once onboard the coach) you'll pay around £40 over the top and will have to head to somewhere close to London (there's two pick-up points not too far from me in Chelmsford and Colchester), a bit of a hassle i guess and a pretty expensive bus ride if you live close to Londkn aswell, but £40 on top is better than £200 on top. Of course there is no need for you to make the return journey on the coach if it takes you well out of the way, although it might work out in your favour going with this option, depending of course on where you're staying in/around London.

    50k sold. Crazy!!!

The difference between AJ and Fury really showed today.

Fury v Klitchko struggles to sell 50% of the MEN. AJ sells half of wembley in a day.

What are the odds of getting tickets outside Wembley on the night?

You will 100% get a ticket but I'm not 100% sure on what you will pay on top of face value. Wouldnt want you turning up and paying £200 for a £40 ticket. More are getting released 16th January so snap one of them up I think you will get a ticket for face value as I say 90,000 is a lot of tickets.

For Froch v Groves, there was a huge army of touts outside desperately attempting to sell 25,000 tickets on the day. By 7pm, the tickets were being sold for 50% of face value and the touts were left with at least 15,000 worthless pieces of paper.

80,000 tickets were sold for that fight but the crowd inside was around 60,000.

The same will happen here and the touts will be giving them away for 20% of face value around 9pm on the night.

i'd take the risk and look for 3 outside from touts. it ain't gonna be full in there.

and bollocks to having sold 50k tickets in 0.0005 secs or whatever they will claim. i think it's very obvious now to anyone who has tried to book a ticket to one of these British superfights in the last few years that the tickets have been sold in blocks before they go on general release to the mugs like us who fund british boxing.

as someone said, **** the touts and **** the promoter who appears to be allowing this shambles to continue. it's two fingers up to the fans like us.

I tried to get tickets along with 4 other mates & not one of us were lucky enough to get a single ticket. Stubhubs website was an absolute shambles.

It's not just boxing, ticket touts operate in lots of sporting events & music concerts. If the demand is higher than the supply then touts know they will make money. Even your average man on the street who gets tickets for a big sporting event will consider reselling them on one of these tout websites if they can make 3x what they pay.

Until there is a law that prevents people reselling tickets online then fans will continue to get screwed over.

No I've never had a problem either, got them easily for both Froch Groves fights too, although the first one in Manchester was a lot easier to get tickets for! Also got Haye vs Fury tickets easily enough.

I've tried to get tickets for just about every big fight in the past 2/3 years, no luck at all! Incase other people are looking online there are ALOT of scams about for these tickets and be cautious.
