But it happened 3 times in quick succession and now Scouse plumber is beaten mentally even before he gets into the ring.

The fat Turkish kebab shop owner would not have lasted 4 round with Price if that fight had taken place before his soul was taken away by Tony Thompson.

 

The fat Turkish kebab shop owner otherwise known as Teper, is not a big puncher and he slapped Price with a fairly average punch. No way should Price have been out cold from that punch- many HWs would have barely blinked. Furthermore Price lost that fight before he got into the ring- he was and still is mentally shot because Tony Thompson took his soul away from him

To be fair to Price, he can bang so Parker needs to be fully focused.

However, how much does he really want it...he's not active enough. 4 fights in 2 years is simply not enough especially when you compare it with Parker's 10 fights in the same time.

 

What would we say are Price's best 3 accomplishments in the last 3 years to warrant a world title shot?

I would favour Parker in this fight, Price can bang so who knows maybe he could land something early in the fight & pick up a world title against all odds, but that chin is just too fragile, even against a guy like Parker who isn't one of the biggest punches. As soon as Parker finds that chin the fight is over.

 

"Price can bang"....fack me...he can bang his head on the canvas alright. I love to troll about the awkward, inbred, scouse hero but I genuinely feel this is a dangerous match-up. This isn't some tune up, Parker is a level or 5 above Pricey right now, cash-out or not, this fight is so uncompetitive it makes me cringe a bit.
