WBO just made Canelo Billy Joe Saunders Mandatory

I'm not convinced to be honest, GBP apparently already made BJS an offer which hadn't been accepted. After the Akakov fight ODLH said they halved the $$$ due to the poor performance.

I think BJS' demands will be more than $5 million.

 

The WBC have that rule, with the champion giving up his title should he want to move up/down to a different division to become an official mandatory, WBO I'm not sure

 

If it's more than 5 million he's pricing himself out plain and simple. But I think if they offer him 5mill from the start we got ourselves a fight. Especially now since it looks like the Chavez camp isn't satisfied with what GBP is offering.

Yeah I ain't convinced Saunders takes the fight. He will ask for stupid money. Even as champ it's Canelo who brings the money and BJS can't make demands.

Saunders made a mistake not fighting on the Canelo v Smith card. If he would of looked good on that he could of had some leverage.

 

The main problem he has is he doesn't draw money. His promoter could never justify paying for a top name to come to the UK as he Saunders doesn't fill arenas.

Why is everyone arguing money again when the crux of the issue is the corruption and collusion behind Cucknelo's specious ranking?

 

saunders better take the money to fight canelo. should he fight khurtsidze, he will be an ex champ anyways and for peanuts.

 

The Canelo NUT HUGGERS are fascinated with $$$ MONEY $$$, that's the focus of a majority of their discussions.

The poor little trolls have been left HIGH & DRY with GBP offering GGG more MONEY than Canelo's made on any one of his fights. Even O$car's LOW-BALL OFFERS wind up being a bigger PAY DAY for GGG than Canelo's gotten.

It's tuff being a Canelo fan, always making excuses & trying to defend GBP's idiotic moves.
