BJ Penn was suspended by USADA and forced out of a fight for receiving an out-of-competition IV fluid treatment of 50 ML.

Not only did USADA not suspend Floyd, they actually granted him a TUE for receiving 750 (that's 700 MORE than BJ Penn had received) ML of IV fluids on the eve of Pacquiao-Mayweather.

According to USADA's own guidelines :
- IV is NOT ALLOWED for dehydration.
- The only circumstance that IV would EVER be allowed is in an unusual medical emergency.
- IV is not allowed for two main reasons - 1. unfair weight advantages gained in cutting weight and re-hydrating, 2. The ability of IV drips to mask traces of some PEDs in the system.

Therefore, USADA officials colluding with Mayweather in getting him hooked up to an IV precisely so he could produce a sample is the about the most crooked thing you could ever hear of an anti-doping agency doing.
