Who should Fury fight in his comeback?

Ustinov or Wach would be ok for a first comeback fight. Then Whyte or Stiverne and after that a title shot.

He needs a fight to test him but not the the limits, so he can see what 18-months out of the ring has done to him. Takam would be a decent comeback fight and one he could control from range relatively easily....
