If Johnson had beaten Willard, who do you think would have got him?

    If Johnson-Willard had been scheduled for 12 and Johnson had got home, who do you think would have got him?

    Dempsey finally stops a very old Johnson around 1919. Short distance the large white hopes of the time just would not catch him.

    Fred Fulton might be a decent pick to take the ageing Johnson.

    Wills if he would have fought him. Fulton, maybe. I think a wait of 4 years to get to Dempsey is too long. Somebody would have knocked him off before that.
