If GGG wrecks him and OP gives him credit, then fair enough. I could be wrong though, but I'm quite sure there was a similar thread about Martin Murray at the time.

And I don't know how loosely people want to use the terms can or bum, it's really getting insane now. If you don't rate Jacobs as anywhere near world level or even as a contender then fine but to say he's a bum is just ridiculous. I'd have him or Saunders at No 2 at MW right now personally.
