anyway taking in account how unlucky you are physically for real i should be merciful with your sad behaviour, after all you have your motives for your frustration

"Actually, the old George Foreman would’ve given Ali a tougher fight. But the young George, with his wild swings, my guy would’ve beaten him all night. George, as an old guy, he was relaxed, steady and he would grind you down – A,Dundee

You cant seem to comprehend that 90's foreman fought better fighters, thats pretty odd.

Maybe i got the foreman weight wrong ,but Ron lyle should have defeatted foreman. Conney showed what may have happened ,he crushed Lyle where foreman couldnt, even if it was a older version. i could see Conney k.oing foreman when he was on point, the same style applies to Conney of a great boxer beating him not slugger so conney defeating foreman is not far fetched. Foreman of 90's beats conney of 80's for sure due to chin, and that jab he did develope to control distance, theres no way you cannot say foreman took a lesser punch in his comeback.

Might his employment at the time have had something to do with that statement?

    Either way it is ridiculous.

Old Foreman lost to everybody with an average chin, who could hold a top ten ranking!
It is not odd, because most people assume this to be true.

I am certain that you are in the minority here.

Even if he fought any better fighters, he sure as hell lost to anybody who had a case for being better!

It doesnt matter what minority im in,,,if 100 people told you to jump off the roof and one told you not too...who would you listen too? lol

Sorry but 90's Foreman simply doesn't get laid out by Lyle, dropped by Jimmy young or get winded out to ali then k.o'd , 70's Foreman certainly doesn't stand after 15 punches in a row from Holyfield, dozens of TOMMY MORRISON left hooks or a monsterous left hook by Conney as well....sorry this is as clear as i can make this.

    are you serious?
foreman had a much better chin than cooney and was much better overall than cooney ,he was proved against an undefeated joe frazier ,a peak ken norton, a peak lyle, chuvalo, goyo peralta and had his experience with ali... no debate here...cooney would be like another guy in the bunch... so they are not equal in possibilities. 70s foreman had exactly the same chin that he had in the 90s, simply he gassed faster because he was much more active than his old version, but he stops cooney inside 3 rounds( ron lyle was much tougher than cooney) the 1975-76 lyle stops cooney. gerry cooney pre holmes faced pure garbage and post holmes he was garbage

Holyfield would be more weary of Foreman ,and arguably Cooper hit harder than 70's Foreman..Destroys morrison? Morrison was fast accurate and took Razors shots ,foreman doesn't win that fight more than not,if Morrison hits 70's foreman with those hooks he goes out. Both had bad stamina but Foreman wasted punches, Morrison was very calculating and composed fighter. I rate Morrison very high,he has key wins on foreman and Ruddock who was 20 pounds bigger than 70's foreman and faster ,bad loses but so does foreman..( jimmy young ). Id rather lose to Ray Mercer while im green.

Frazier was past his peak in 73 we all know he fought at 205,he was visibly soft and slow against foreman compared to the late 60's /early 70's. Many guys with k.o power would have defaetted Frazier...Ali did not have blunt force punching. Sayong Foremans chin is the same is false,no way does J. young drop foreman who fought holyfield, sorry thats insanity.

I'll concede Foreman of 1990/1991 may have beat morrison but you are severly underatting a huge puncher with speed, guys like Lewis were able to k.o him easy because of a 6'5 83 inch reach size advantage with technical power punching.

There are a few fighters in history who MIGHT have stopped a prime Holyfield, but I can think of virtually NONE who would do it EARLY.. And the longer a fight goes on between Evander and Foreman, the more it favors Holyfield...

One thing (of many) that made Foreman a great fighter was his seek and destroy style in the early 70's. The later versions were much more beatable. Young aside from round 7 easily outboxed a laid back relaxed Foreman. Old Foreman was as slow as a barn door and benefited from the multi champion watered down hwt picture at that time. He picked the path of least resistance. Prime Foreman 95% of all hwts get koed within 5 rounds. Slowed down Foreman whether by style or age gets outboxed by much more.

    Agreed

Old Foreman is an awesome, dynamic fighter in the top 10. Like Tua (better, but similar level.)
70's Foreman was like a Joe Louis, Sonny Liston, W. Klitschko level of fighter. You stick Ali in the middle of any of those people's career and wonky things are bound to happen.
