I would say punch for best punch he is less than guys like Lewis, Foreman, Bowe, Morrison and Tyson. Possibly even lesser than Vitali. Hell he is probably lesser than Joshua, Wilder, Amir Mansour or that Cuban guy. I never seen Wlad knock out or knock down somebody who was known for being durable.

The Brock fight was even prior to the stoppage and Brock was a bum. Wlad couldn't even land a punch on him for the entirety of a round.
It was either the 3rd or 4th round. Brock out landed him on power shots and Brock was an undersized bum.
