    FACTS:

    Mayweather was 150 pounds at the thirty day weigh in.

    Mayweather has routinely bragged about being in shape year round and walking around at or near the welterweight limit.

    Mayweather paid USADA almost 4X the standard testing price for the Pacquiao fight.

    Mayweather rejected VADA testing as well as a $5 million dollars per positive test penalty.

    Mayweather was working Memo Heredia (whose fighter Lucian Bute was busted by VADA).

    Both were on TRT for sure. You walk into my doctors office and he has a huge poster for testosterone.
    It is almost 2017, weed and testosterone are not the devil.

    How do you know for a fact?

    Has Pacquiao ever been registered with the T/E levels of a 109 year old man? Not once, but several times?

    Has Pacquiao ever received over 14X the amount of allowable IV fluids?

    Pacquiao wanted VADA testing. Floyd rejected it.

    Floyd rejected the $5 million per dirty test because he was doping. VADA wouldn't and doesn't call off fights (that's up to the fighters, promoters, NSAC), so no, he wouldn't have lost 100s of millions. Either way, Floyd wanted no punishment if he came up dirty.

    USADA charged $36,000 for testing for Lee-Quillin. Floyd paid USADA $150,000 up front (that's before any other payments we don't know about). VADA charged $16,000 for Provodnikov-Matthysse.

    Memo was providing consulting to Floyd on the side. For obvious reasons, that arrangement was not publicly stated. If you can't see this, you're ******ed.
