just seen that gary has teamed up with billy nelson as coach and signed with mgm scotland on a management deal so can we see gary getting any better and actually achieving his dream of winning titles? i personally think he should have got himself a real coach earlier in his career but instead wasted his time with a strength and conditioning coach good luck big man and it will be interesting to see if he is going to be full time now (he has spoke about this in the past) and if nothing else billy will sort out that pathetic jab of his and teach him good basics as well as keep his fitness up thoughts, can he ever win the british title with his new team?
How long before we see a Cornish is back account pop up? In all seriousness, I'm glad to hear he's looking to give it a proper go. Him vs Dave Allen or Sexton could be interesting fights to make.
i agree with the sexton fight as he is a boxer with no real power and would give gary the chance to stand and box without the big fear of being ko'd. the dave allen fight not so much tbh i don't really see what he brings to the table for gary cornish or any other heavyweight at british level, yes he can take a shot but is boring, one paced and not easy to look good against
Gary has some good attributes. His biggest worry for me is chin/confidence. Does he really believe in himself?
Gary has been working hard with me and looking forward to 18th Feb for his first fight under MGM Give the guy time, he has attributes and is athletic for such a big lad.
the sparring with simmons will be interesting as i can remember the rumours of him saying he would love to ko cornish and would fight him for the scottish heavyweight title if cornish had the balls for it

no not really, Gary will be my first Heavyweight and he's learning things already, we will have a full idea what he's capable of in the fullness of time But there's Defo tolls to work with, I will improve him the rest is up to him
