I don't know if Degale can beat him; that performance he had against Medina was very underwhelming on James' part. Maybe it was just a bad night in the office. He also proposed a few days ago that he'd meet Gennady at 160 lbs, so who knows how Chunky would look like as a MW.

Some of those other fights would be really intriguing based off some of those fighters' skill sets, but I wonder how well they'd be able to take a punch from Golovkin when/if he starts to land on them.

I like Jermall in that fight since he's the naturally bigger guy compared to Gennady, I think he could take it to him although I don't know how well his power would transfer one division above where he's been campaigning his entire career.

I used to think Lara would give GGG a hell of a fight, but I've been disappointed with his performances since the ALvarez fight. He doesn't throw enough punches per round to get clear rounds scored his way- he's almost become a master at nicking close rounds now. His lack of punch volume would hurt him in a fight with Golovkin, and I'd imagine Gennady could also hurt Erislandy (although if Lara is on his A+ game, I think he can beat almost anyone in and around his weight class.)

 

Canelo is the only fighter with a logical shot at competing with ggg, Charlo to a lessor extent..

Lara degale and zurdo are laughable examples of the level of hate a fan would have to have to lose all rationale. those are 3 wade level threats on those 3 fighters best nights. how has ggg gone 35/0 being so terrible, because according to you he's a below average level title holder

 

He's on holiday mode at the moment. Could easily double once the holidays end and GBP hold more "It's gonna happen" PR .
