    I am. I put two boxing gloves on my feet and then kicked the **** out of a random passer by. I have to fight a willing combatant in another weird way if I want to be upgraded to super irregular champion.

    As long as you pay sanctioning fee to WBA - its fine. Mendoza needs more money.

    According to Haye, he had a contract with Briggs to say that if Briggs team could deliver the WBA regular belt, and they could get it on PPV, then Haye will fight it. WBA ordered Browne to face Briggs so that deal went out the window. Haye said he would've fought him on free TV anyway but Briggs didn't want to.
