    Only you idiots think 3G was under some obligation to face Ward at 168 right off the bat. All the while you had no qualms with Ward having three tune ups before Kov.

    Too many member of the forum simply cannot accept this simple reality of the situation. You can still see fools like Dino or Drenlou saying 3G said he'd beat anyone from 154-175, when he never even said that.

    Reading comprehension and critical thinking are virtually non-existent with many of these posters.

    I'd have to say Shane's resistance to punches isn't what it was, shot to ****. I can imagine he felt the power a lot, ggg would ko super middles, and the lesser lhws.

    Ward moved up immediately took on an absolute killer at lhw nothing ggg has ever done or will do will compare to that he's happy getting a check knocking out bums and welters

    he's 34, at least get his age right. he's a consumate professional who keeps himself in superb shape so i don't think his age is as much of an issue as people make it out to be. adonis stevenson is a light heavy champ at 39, wladimir was the man at heavyweight at 39. golovkin will be fine for a few years yet...

    He came out of retirement moved up and took on kovalev within a year. Ggg doesn't have the balls to do anything of the sort he's busy trying to lure welters up 25 pounds

    What difference does it make when he did it to get ready for the best out there? Every single one of gggs fights has been a tune up for absolutely nothing. He's knocking out welters waiting for a junior middle to move up. He's a Pusey

    It wasn't immediate though right? And he did it because he couldn't make 168 right? And he wasn't actually retired right? And the Golovkin fight was originally agreed with Eubank Jr right? And 160 minus 25 isn't 147 right?
