@Rumsfeld with all the recent talk about HW's golden era and comprasions with the modern SHWs, I'd love to see a video from you about HW's from 70s and its comprasions to modern HW's from 90s and on.
I've been toying with that theme in my head on and off for some time. Will try giving it proper consideration and doing it something along those lines in the foreseeable future. I have some opinions on that, but haven't really completely thought it through in the right way. On a semi-related, been planning a longer episode on the 90s heavyweight scene. Been busy with a few non-boxing video projects which have slowed this down, but am hoping to have that one done in the next 2 weeks or so. May do a shorter episode on something different before then, but my main focus for Rummy's Corner has been exclusively 90s heavyweights.
No matter what comes next, I'm certainly looking forward to it Rummy. Wanted to subscribe to your channel too, but now I'm postponing it for a while just to get under lil Willie's skin
I feel robbed... I just found out about this thing going here lol , never paid attention I guess.. This is so good, keep the good stuff man , I have to catch up everything on the youtube channel!
Nowadays there are a few boxers that actually want to fight 4 or 5 times a year, but then have to wait for their opponents to finally sign the damn contract.
Yeah, the politics in the sport today are unbearable. I miss the days when young prospects would sometimes fight more than once a month, like a young Mike Tyson, or a comeback trail Big George. Those guys got themselves prepared through activity, in ways you don't usually see too often these days.
