Eubank fight off?

Did ITV finally get told by someone with a braincell that the proposed CEJ fight did not even merit the lead undercard fight on a standard Sky card, let alone the lead fight on your first PPV channel!

FFS.

Thankfully someone with a braincell made the ITV executive professional English literature graduates see some business sense on this one. Hopefully they hired whoever gave them that advice to save them making such a tit of themselves again!

When is the undercard being announced?

I thought it was today? I need something to make me laugh, it's rank out there, freezing cold, raining and miserable.

I need to see this undercard

 

Sr has just tweeted what I can only assume is a fight poster. Errrrr Just Jr on it, no other fighters faces or names, nothing but Jr. Is there actually going to be an undercard?

In the same tweet Sr has said the tickets on sale from 10am.

 

What moron would buy a ticket for that but also without seeing an undercard?

Sr is wrecking or already has wrecked that young mans reputation and career.

 

I went back and had another look, I didn't even notice that, I was busy reading it looking for anything to suggest an undercard, absolutely outrageous Sr on Jr's fight poster, WOW

i like jnr, but the itv stuff is getting boring.
he needs to dump some people and just get with a proper promoter.
eve haye promotions and get some fights under his belt.
i wouldn't care if he was fighting doran's or english level...just bloody fight. ON FREE TV

*my opinion* he goes back to the states to fight out of vegas with floyd snr, he has good contacts there and has a great chance to become popular in the usa.

Undercard is Joe Fournier, and Flintoff.

 

I'm sure they would take him under mayweather promotions.
put him on some badou jack or tank undercards. some of the more populars.
he would soon build a better profile.

the americans would love the back story of eubank jnr and especially his fight with blackwell, they'd promote him off that.

 

I'm laughing but I'm also thinking "that wouldn't surprise me".

 

Me too, i wouldn't pay for the fight itself.

It is such a shame for Jr because the opportunities are out there for him, but at the same time we can't keep on blaming the old man, he is not a baby, i am quite certain he knows what is going on.

Eubank Sr is just deluded, i heard a rumour that he tried to facetime Stevie Wonder, that deluded.

 

ITV need to pull out of this PPV show and start their comeback with ITV4 shows then smash the opposition with a huge ITV1 show and on the back of that PPV with a big name. To be honest only AJ demands and gets PPV figures because he's known to everyone in and out of boxing. Name me any others that deserve PPV?

 

If that is genuinely the fight poster then this is comedy gold. Whole event seems to have been put together by trotters independent traders. This is going to be an absolute train wreck, I for one hope it doesn't get pulled, just so i can read about how awful it was the next day.

Whatever happens I hope it knocks some sense into the Eubanks.
