To be fair both sides are saying the same thing here

Salido made demands, Loma agreed, Salido said it isn't the fight he wants.

Can't really criticise Loma at all in this situation. Let's hope he gets the best available opponent.

Loma v Corrales, best fight that can be made in the division.

Its called prize fighting. Its dirty, its not nice, and quite frankly I do not really like it, but its part of prize boxing and it has been always. Its best you do not dwell on it and move on.

So you fail the weigh in then proceed to cheat against a 1 fight novice and that's boxing?

It most certainly is. Where you been? You've never heard of elbows, low blows, head butts, excessive clinching, luring smaller fighters up with big paydays, feasting on overmatched prospects and journeymen?

In prize fighting every fighter WILL use every advantage they can get away with, its him or its me type mentality. Everyone does it. I don't like it, but it's almost expected.

    Not surprised

    More money fighting Vargas

It makes sense since he already beat Loma but drew with Vargas

From a business point of view it makes more sense fighting Vargas again but since do boxing fans care about business?

We have a man in Loma wanting to pay above the odds to avenge a defeat, we can't ask much more of him.

Makes sense to me. If Loma won't give him what he wants, he can simply set the record straight in a more lucrative fight with Vargas.

Salido is afraid? Now I've heard it all. Fans are dumb.

According to Salido's management they agreed to pay him what he asked, but he wants another fight.
According to them it's not the fight the fans want to see....

Lomachenko did have an opportunity to avenge his loss a few months ago, but Loma's camp had NO respect for Salido.

I don't blame Salido at all. He has unfinished business with Vargas in a richer more lucrative fight.

How much was Salido asking for that Bob didn't want to give him? Hell he only gave Marquez a lil raise after their classic Pac-Marquez 1. Lol

I feel that the bigger picture is that

    1. Salido has unfinished business with Vargas
    2. A Salido-Vargas fight will generate more interest, more money
    3. Salido already beat Lomachenko
    4. Salido Win or Lose against Vargas, The Lomachenko fight will likely always be an option as Loma needs to avenge this.
    5. Loma's camp disrespected Salido a few months back when they told him "Take it or leave it."
