Why wouldn't he come back?.. Look at the state of the division that was ahead of him. He should never have been defeated in the first place if he was a true ATG.

Courageous warriors are made in the ring , not outside of it , and Wlad was never anything but a cowardly weasel anytime the going got tough.
Part of why id pick Golota to beat Wlad is not because how good Golota was , but because of how much of a fake , pampered manufactured fraud Wlad was.

Same here. He must be a big Golota fan, and possibly from Chicago and Polish.
No one is saying Golota didn't have good ability or potential, but he's really the ultimate loser in big fights and one who disgraced boxing.

I suggest Ticar check out Nick Mazurek. He's 7-0 Polish heavy based in Chicago billed as the best Polish heavyweight ( he was born in the USA ) since Golota. Mazurek has 50 or so amateur fights, is big, has decent hand speed, and power. One of a handful of USA hopes.

I hear Cook county is upping their county tax to 13%!

Chicago has a heavy polish population so its only natural they will embrace the Polish boxers. If this Mazuerk guy takes off, you might start to follow him.

When I think Chicago, I think Rush Street, the Sears Tower, or whatever that are calling the building these days, Ditka, cold winters, and the Jordan lead Bulls. Been there a few times. Nice place to visit, particularly in the spring or summer.

The city is due to produce a good heavy.

I live in the suburbs about 45 minutes from Chicago. And yep taxes are going up all over the place around here, not just cook county. Most people still refer to the sears tower as such though sears hasn't owned it in decades. Lot's to do here. But Andrew Golata isn't one of the city's highlights.

For sure, he's one of the low lights. And the 43 or so gangs shooting each other up and sometimes innocent by standards has to stop.

These heavily populated Democratic-run states are at risk of collapsing under their own weight. With rising costs, you'd figure the joe average citizen is about taped out. What does this really mean? Possibly a good climate for boxing.

Chicago hasn't had a Democratic Mayor since 1931.. We've sent 4 of our last 7 governors to prison and 3 of them were Dems. Our state is bankrupt, school system in the toilet, and most other states want us to drop out of the lottery because we can't pay our share. California ( another liberal state ) has more problems than can even be counted. Glad my guy won the presidential election..

No i'm just open minded. I'm not polak.

He grant is obviously a troll that has no arguments, and has said some laughable stuff, like bowe having a bad chin and heart, but klitschkos are brave warriors lol.
Also says that golota can't punch but is a 240 lbs roid freak, lol the guy is a joke

I won't place them in the same category as a Holyfield, but Wladimir came back from three crushing defeats to establish a 10 year championship reign. You don't do that shlt unless you have heart and strong mental fortitude. Golata outright quit in not just one but several of the fights he lost and never rebounded to do anything significant after a major defeat. With that said, who do you HONESTLY think is more of a warrior, or at least more closely resembles one?

First of all do you agree that saying that bowe had a bad chin and heart is laughable?

As for golota and the klits, obviously golota is not a definition of a warrior but he quit, fouled his way out against one of the all time best, who was also a big puncher... Vitali quit against byrd, featherfisted blown up middleweight.
He had huge advantage over him, what was he afraid of? Byrd punching power?
If that was tyson instead of byrd, i would have understand, but byrd... Even larry merchant was shocked.

As for wlad, what can i say about a man who is terrified to get punch, and panics when hit.... Look at him in sam peter fight, hugging for dear life, with eyes like saucers when peter him with glancing blowes.. The guy is just terrified to get hit and looks ridiculous when clinching guys like chambers etc on who he had huge weight advantage, guys that looks midgets compared to him.

Turning his back and running against povetkin and fury when couldn't clinch properly, that's more of an coward act than warrior.

Riddick Bowe was a very durable fighter so no I don't agree with He grant but then I also didn't read his actual statement so I'll leave him out of this response. As for comparing Golata's quit jobs to Vitali's, there are some obvious differences here. For one thing Vitali only did it once where as Golata did it a few times. For another, Vitali retired in his corner due to a bad shoulder injury that he sustained several rounds earlier. Andrew quit when he started to lose fights. These are huge differences. I also disagree with wlad being terrified to get hit. He rose off the canvas to beat Peter. He came back from three defeats to be a dominant champion. Of course I realize he doesn't particularly "enjoy" being hit and holds his opponents excessively.. So the man doesn't like to trade in slugfests like Evander does.. Didn't stop him from winning most of his big fights. I can appreciate some of the Qualities that Golata had, but at the end of the day he's just not in either Klitschkos class. Could he possibly pull off an upset win against one of them ? Sure. That can happen between virtually any two heavyweights. But considering the possibility of an upset and outright "favoring" him are two totally different things.

When I think of Chicago I think of disgusting sloppy overly cheesy pizza, hot dogs in a poppy seed (!) bun followed by a good puke, and freezing nasty weather.

    But I digress...

Golota could possibly land a big punch and hurt Wlad, but Vitali would put a beat down on him like he did to Briggs. Well, not as bad because Golota would quit before taking the punishment Briggs did.

Chicago has some of the best food in the world and a lot of visitors agree on that note. Virtually any kind of food in the world you want, you can find a top quality restaurant that has it. As for the weather, the winters here suck. But we have fairly nice autumns and springs.. Summer's are pretty hot, but not nearly as bad as down south.
