Salido Has 'CHICKENED OUT' of a Lomachenko Rematch, smh. WHO NECKKS for Lomachenko?

I really don't believe Salido's a chicken at all. I think it's a travesty that Salido was going to get as little as $200k. It all makes sense tbh, Salido may get more financial clout in negotiations with the Salido-Vargas 2 fight...although that's going to be very gruelling for his 36 y/o lower weight class body.

 

That is the only thing that makes sense. Although given we're talking Loma, it doesn't make sense. I cannot understand Lomachenko/his teams arrogance in not wanting to give Salido anything more than $200k though.

 

The problem is, none of these (other than Corrales) are distinctive names for resume that really strengthen legacy.
The only legacy fights are Vargas, Salido, Corrales, Gamboa @ 130 so far.

- none of them are worth fighting. It must be Corrales, Gamboa or Sosa. Everything else is embarrassing.

 

Salido knows what's up. He was watching Walters get his skull boxed apart and he, along with Walters, said "No Mas."

 

Because of the manner of his win, via warriors code, him retiring before he fights Loma again is disappointing and worse than a loss.

 

Salido's not shot, he's been at his very, very best recently, but another Vargas fight is going to take it away from him. Regardless, he caught Loma when Loma was new and a complete shambles, so if Loma beats a past prime Salido, **** it...that's what you call balancing the scales.

 

Salido would be added to Lomo's highlight reel ko compilation like Martinez.

 

He's not really willing to 'pay above odds' though, offering Salido a $200k chicken feed.
But yeah, Corrales is the best fight to make. Did you watch Corrales-Uchiyama II? If you did what did you think? I haven't seen it yet.

Yeah he proved he's the real deal imo. SD was BS. Jezreel has a strange matrix like reflex action, strange boxing style.

Yeah I remember writing he is a matrix type of fighter. I'll watch it tomorrow! Lomachenko vs Corrales should be billed as 'The Matrix'. So they both agreed to pay $200k? The thing is, Salido can still negotiate for a higher fee with Loma whereas he probably cant with Vargas because Vargas probably isn't earning anywhere near what Loma is.
