I really don't see how a Price fan can hate Audley being quite similar in lots of ways. He's also achieved more than Price having won gold at the olympics and having challenged for a world title.
Better power/worse chin ratio.. You might as well say remember when Larry Holmes KTFO Muhammad Ali or something..
He was sparked twice in his prime.. the Sprott 1 KO doesn't really count if he wanted to beat the count..
Audley achieved far more in his career than the Liverpool plumber. Also scored one of the all time greatest British KOs. Price has KO'd bums and been caught out every time he has stepped up. Total plumbing disaster of a career so far. He has time to turn it around but he'll get Hammered by Christian next month.
After the Olympics Harrison was loved and adored, he was honoured by the Queen, was a national hero for a while, was given a huge deal on BBC and everything was going superbly well for him. The he turned, it all went to his head, he got so delusional and arrogant people turned on him, they wanted to see him get a slap, taken down a peg or two and lots of people took great pleasure when he did get knocked out, now I understand that might have been hard to accept for Harrison but it was his own doing. It is no coincidence that Harrison and Khan (and DeGale for a while) are not liked by the British public, medalist Olympians, all tipped for the top but arrogant and delusional and the British public do not like that sort of attitude. Then the same old rubbish gets trotted out, forget the love and support at the Olympics and afterwards, the Queens honours, the huge TV deals because British fight fans don't like arrogance and delusion. It makes me sick to be honest.
