10 bucks is reasonably priced for a world title fight.. at least we don't get charged 100 like in America.. albeit that as May/Pac but..
Eddie and Frank are only bitter because they know that Eubank will have huge pulling power soon, they have to match their fighters evenly now to sell ppv, which they are pissd off about, matchroom fanboys need to stop being dumb sheep
which match room PPV cards is it better than? Matchroom have done some bad ones, but none as bad as this main event, which is the only fight you pay for
Why does everyone think this???? It has been stated that the card will be in the same format as the UFC The UFC has 3 or 4 fights on free and then has a PPV bill of 5 or so fights that must be paid for. I find it highly dubious that ITV will just charge for the main event, they will want to make a buck as well???
I don't think it's a PPV worthy fight but I think it could still do reasonably well with the right promotion, like him or not Eubank Jr is still one of the biggest names in british boxing, casuals know who he is and if ITV sell this fight as a world title fight then casuals will lap it up.
Had heard conflicting things but more so saying just the main event was PPV, mostly by Sr just saying how Jr was worth the money. Either way, I can't help but feel this circus isn't over
I think reading through this thread a lot of people are not understanding that just the Eubank fight is PPV, the rest of the card will be on ITV 4. £12.95 is a lot of money to just see 1 fight, I like Jnr, he is a very entertaining fighter, but people who are complaining about paying £16.95 for a full card but are happy to spend £12.95 for a complete mismatch need their head's wobbling...
