Not bad.... I think the proof will be in the viewing but if the fights excepting CEJ V Quinlan are free to air that's great. Glad to see ITV/Channel 5/Dave get involved, it's refreshing. Maybe this is a sort of dry-run kind of thing, we can probably expect changes to the pricing and format in future. I'd hate to think what some would say if the card goes well, has entertaining fights and Jr picks up his strap and talks 'unification'......
To be honest it's the aftermath that I worry will be even more infuriating than the fight. Everyone knows it's a farce and, like what seems to be the case with most boxing fans, I'm not watching out of principle. But it's not too far away and like Quinlan said, it's barely been promoted so not like it has been too in-your-face. I just get the feeling both Sr and Jr are going to ramp up the nonsense after the fight. I reckon we are going to hear unprecedented levels of garbage from both of them, and none of it will lead to Jr taking a real fight anytime soon.
If the whole card is PPV then as poor as the main event is it isn't the worst card in the world. Eubank is in fun fights but I want a challenge not this fella who he will flatten. Price Hammer is a good fight imo
I won't pay for the card, but I must admit when I heard about Price v Hammer being on it did get my attention. I can easily see Price and his egg chin getting splattered again. And I'm pretty certain this fight and the Eubank Jnr will be on the PPV portion (ITV are not that silly) And if everybody is being honest, I think many would have been quietly impressed with the news of the lineup and also reasonable price of the tickets. They've also stepped up the calibre of the venue...back to Price, Hearn has been apparently offering him all kinds of fights and tbh I could See him putting this type of fight on one of his own PPVs and crowing as if it was a great additional to one of his ''stacked cards'' (we know he would love to set up an easy PPV for AJ against the plumber ''price had him down in sparing, these too really don't like each other blah,blah,blah)

I'm not supporting this guy ducking the entire MW division, just like I didn't support Quigg and Frampton ducking Rigo. If you support the Eubanks, then don't criticise other fighters for making "business decisions"
It's not a world title fight, they're fighting over a worthless big leather belt with some gold colored metal on it.
dellboi we give the likes of GGG a lot of **** for not moving up when he doesn't get the big fights at his current weight. CEJ didn't get the fights so has moved up and now he can get big fights in 2 divisions, how can you criticize that?????
