His powers not bad for a guy his age.
Hes not really boxing, and stands in the same spot and does't move his head, but he's just showing power, and he's not young like us.

I had beef with him because he was talking mad **** without having anything to show.
Posting a video was a respectable move. And he did give me decent advice about wrist/forearm strengthening that I've tried and worked.

I still haven't gotten to taking another video, so I don't want to critique him too much until I get a chance to.

 

By the way, remember the three of us were talking about taking videos at the gym?

So one of the assistant trainers was recently helping me with head movement, and told me to give him my phone so that he can film for me to review later.

But the main coach is not as enthusiastic about that stuff.
Which lets me know that his heads in the right place.

you fail to realize i was hitting the bag for over 2 hours...i can do power punching for 3 hrs with maintaining 90% power for 1 hour. Mr dago here trolls guys who have been in a gym and have records on another site...he doesnt like it when hes called on his own B.S. and i will continue to do that with him because hes a troll of the trolls. as my age i will post a vid of speed bag soon you will see how fast i can move my hands.
