Groves imo. Just to add to the other names, Crolla's jab is pretty effective.

If your talking power jab that has authority then groves is probably the best but as we all know theres a lot more intentions behind the jab than just power. Rigo is a good example here for an example of contrast, he hardly does anyhing with his jab except paw and distract but its very useful in his arsenal. Rigo aint british but carl frampton utilises his jab to good effect as well as groves

Yeah I think it's more what do you prefer or would prefer to have if you were a fighter. I said Frampton coz he uses as a range finder and his timing with it is very good and Groves has that jab that pushes fighters head back and distracts them.

Frampton's is the sharpest. Kell Brook's is freaky. Lee Selby and Amir Khan look terrific when they get their feet wet. Fury is good. McDonnell usually does some decent work with his too. Ricky Burns is the GOAT.

He asked in the UK. So we don't have to strech to Ireland to include Frampton.

My version of the best jab is power in the single jab.. power in the double jab.. and pawing with the jab..

Then a sideways uppercut.. and a vertical hook with the same hand..

Larry Holmes jab was stiff like Sonny's.. not the same breed as Ali..

And Lennox had a more similar jab to Ali.. it's the angles including linear with the weaker hand..

I think Tyson Fury has the best, GG isn't on the same level. Fury's jab is freakish, speed, power and angles.

Not to mention he can switch it up and go south paw effectively

He is so long you can times it by 10

Groves makes a mess off your face with his jab, and wins hands down for me very very long reach and since he's joined Shane it's come on to another level along with his wide stance he could stop fighters with just his jab. Constantly out of range.
