Ah ok I'll have to have a look at that,certainly Golovkin is not a large middleweight esp when you compare him to guys like Jacobs,Quillen and Eubank jnr who all could be competing at 168 no probs actually I reckon it's why folk say Golovkin and Canelo are made for each other at 160?
There are Lot of 160 pounders bigger than GGG. He is a true natural middleweight. He should move no further than 168.
At the nicks game GGG was making Jacobs look like peewee herman. Jacobs meant to be 6ft and GGG 5'10.5 but there was only a hair difference in height
I just saw the press conference and its clear as day GGG is 5ft11+, Jacobs is only half an inch taller and so was Murray they are both 6ft. GGG is Wider than both, he's a tank. GGG is taller than the likes of Macklin and Geale who have been listed 5ft10-11 GGG towers above the likes of Lemieux @ 5ft9.5
If he hadn't gotten cancer, Jacobs would probably be bigger boned and sturdier. As I recall, he had bone cancer affecting the marrow in his bones. Absolutely a miracle he is still alive, not to mention, still boxing. God is definitely on his side.
