This is quite plausible too. There are so many options for special fighters once you get past the Spinks experiment.

Yeah I think Tua is naturally bigger, but not by much. Tua at 200lb isn't shredded to the bone. Rocky in that image is. Tuas body is like Galento.
He'd take out loads just the way he was.. Is Alex Leapai meant to win just cos he was 250 pound? Rocky makes short work out of that man. All 190 pounds of him.
I don't have his bone measurements so can't say so myself. Who would have thought Toney could compete at HW after he'd been battered around the ring by Tiberi? Much stranger things have happened. Rocky wouldn't be the first to add weight as he moved up a division and he sure wouldn't be the last.
Toney was a slick defensive specialist and a great counter puncher. That style can still work to some effect, tho not great effect, in the modern division. Stumpy, short, slow-footed attrition punchers, on the otherhand, do not succeed in the modern division.
No all this talk of Tua being some extraterrestrial specimen has been exposed as complete poppycock. He simply is another in a long line of artificially enhanced short guys that could not possibly have existed as we knew them before the Spinks experiment.
Mayweather fights nothing like Marciano, for one he has the right dimensions to move up weight successfully and two he's one of the best if not best defensive fighter of all time.
Look what George Foreman did to Joe Frazier, a fighter that had quicker hands and quicker feet than Marciano. Rocky just hasn't got the style to be fighting these big power punchers.
Slow footed compared to the LHW men he faced, not compared to the fighter he would be facing in these fantasy fights. Pacquiao moved from flyweight to welter, he isn't a slick counter puncher. There's lots of examples through history. If he wanted to be a HW today he'd have to weigh more.
The point is many people change styles as they move up in weight. Rocky wouldn't be the first to follow suit.

One of the reasons I like him over modern HW's is precisely because he keeps up the pressure, constantly, without giving the other guy a break. I guess we just see differently on this. I like Marciano just fine as he was, I don't need him to be Tyson
