Who here likes the fact that Pacquiao is going on a world tour?

It's fairly interesting. I'd prefer to see him mow down like 3 B-Level guys like Horn in a year than watch him fight Tim Bradley three separate times spread out over three separate calendar years.

It would be an exciting, refreshing way for a great fighter to wind his way towards a real retirement I suppose.

I have zero actual expectations however.

Yes... So the idea is not so far fetched.

I actually like the idea, if and only if the quality of opponent remains on the same level or the quantity of fights literally doubles (that would mean 4 fights this year for Pacquiao... don't see it happening).

And for the record, I personally would root for retirement for him at this point.

Real fact is, its absolutely no chance of being Brook. If he was going to fight Brook, he could've fought him instead of Horn. This world tour will not be against any top fighters.

They won't know that information. The simple fact is Arum will not risk Pacquiao against Brook. If Brook beats Pacquio, who are Crawford or Lomachenko gonna make their name against?

    No idea

But the mere thought of pooch fighting any of those guys is laughable

He's not fought a decent guy in the past decade who he's not weight drained, got everything his way, had drug testing his way (until he met his superior - who ENSURED drug testing would go HIS way - and suddenly pooch finds his shoulder injured)

His resume is stacked with old shot weight drained legends whom he roided his bollocks off before facing

Ran from Marquez for what - 8 years? - tli Floyd dragged Marquez up 3 weight classes (weight not disclosed) and made him look like old and shot

Then pooch suddenly somehow miraculously finds the guts to face him! Incredible!

Manny proceeded to get schooled.... Marquez proceeds to get robbed

They have the inevitable fourth. Both guys are on the juice this time, and FINALLY this cheating pumpkin headed **** gets what he deserves

Pacquiao's last risk fight was Marquez 2 - whenever that was. Since then hes made catchweights a manditory, beating up shot legends to woo the casuals, and gotten annnihilated 4 times by the only prime monster in his division (who he ran for for 8 years)

So yeah.... this world tour is gonna be full of the Brooks, Crawfords and Spence's of the division

I like the idea and hope he does it.

I think he should end it in the Philippines. It's been over 10 years since he last fought there. I think it would be amazing to watch him fight someone there now.
