Honestly I don't know how I feel about Floyd dissing hunter. It was in poor taste. It's also crazy cause there's very few fighters that don't need help from there corner Floyd is one of them he can make adjustments without help. Thats just another layer to his arsenal. Listen to his fights the corner don't be doing much no offense to them.( As far as instructions)

Hunter isn't the best but he's far from the worst. This is a bull**** move by PBF throwing Hunter under the bus like that.

He is a great trainer for Andre Ward because they have a chemistry, a bond and similar guru BS type personalities so they will work well together. Hunter can get the best out of Ward and vice versa. If they separated then Hunter's philosophical nonsense and lack-of-plan-B approach won't work so well with other fighters.

Mike Tyson and Kevin Rooney were awesome together. When Mike left, Rooney became a nobody

Eddie Mustafa Muhummad . Former WBA LH champion. At one stage trained Chad Dawson and Badou Jack.
Virgil Hunter gets bad wraps for not turning around Amir Khan , Alfredo Angulo and Andre Berto. However
Eddie deserves kudos for working a minor miracle in turning Iran Barkley from 3 consecutive losses to
win other Darrin Van Horn for title to upset of 1988 ko of Thomas Hearns and another upset of the in
year 1993 Michael Bennett first round ko of Tommy Morrison. TM had just come off a win over George
Foreman and was headed for a mega fight with Lennox Lewis.

From more recent history I thought of McGirt and Garcia.

How about Buddy McGirt? He did well as a fighter and okay as a trainer.

See above hombre! Yeah I think McGirt is a good shout. I also thought of Garcia as a world titlist who has had lots of success as a trainer.

I guess Michael Moorer has a shot if he can make the most of working under Roach.

Even tho McGirt was a really skilled and underrated boxer, he isn't such a great trainer.

Yeah. It's about the ratio. Garcia wasn't as successful in the ring but is getting plenty of results out of it.

Who is the best fighter Buddy has worked with? Paulie?

    Gatti it's another good mention.
Sadly, Buddy used to have some weird game plans.
