parker is not massive puncher but he has power if he connects on wilders chin then he could shatter it
I hear you and your two cents is as valid as any. However, I don't think that there is any negative undertones to making the fight. Wilder has been calling for the fight for a while now and both teams are aware of each others previous obligations. There is no drop everything and fight me attitude from either camp. Wilder has stated that he is willing to fight in April even though he is fighting in Feb. Parker is free to make his defense in England and be ready in April also. I also don't think that Haymon is holding up the fight. There is no reason to. It's a good fight and I believe that it's gonna happen. There is no bluffing involved.
Nothings out of the realm of possibility when you got two of the chinniest super HWs on the planet fighting one another. Wilder obviously has a huge advantage in speed and the fear factor, but Wawrzyk has actually boxing skills, which very well may be the factor considering Wilder relies almost soley on his athleticism.
You never know, there is also a referee who's picked by nsac that's always in the ring. Lots of more variables than just 3 judges.
Honestly there's so much noise on this forum it's difficult to assume intentions. That article isn't enough to change my opinion. Talk is cheap. I doubt Parker's team is going to wait to see if Wilder's hand is ok on 2/25. If a deal is made it'll be before that fight takes place. I just don't see it (immediately in april). Parker would be doing Wilder a huge favor so I remain skeptical.
I put up the numbers. I put my reason why they were relevant. Simply put (which may help you greatly), Wilder hasn't had pressure placed upon him since he won his strap. I Hope That Made Sense Mr I Passed A Boxing Test
It's Wilder therefore it's always a bluff to try and deflect from what his real intentions are. Tomas Adamek better by the phone come April because he's the type of guy who's likely going to get the call in the end.
