Lol. Did you watch the clip? Are you just unable to dissect it?

Did you watch the video I posted? It illustrates Marcianos skills in slow motion so even you can understand.

Your video is irrelevant. I know that a lot of folks around here would rather cherrypick his highlights but this thread is about a particular clip of ordinary action from a specific fight.

You can cherrypick small clips of any fighter to make them look bad

    I'm the cherry picker?

So you decided that Jerry Rice was great by watching how he blocks backs on 2 yard running play?

Whereas seeing him catching touchdowns is a disingenuous cherry picked display of his skills?

I remember reading a book about his career and even at an advanced stage in his development, the boxing press seemed to see him as a crude fighter who would get found out at the highest level.

Yes, of course you're a cherrypicker. Do you honestly not realize that?

Either he had the skills or he did not. The video does not lie and you can see the parries, blocks, weaving and counters. Cute stuff. In slow motion for your enlightenment.

    You're the cherry picker, doofus.

I post an abundance of content ranging from various eras and fighters.
Half of your media posts are trying to expose one boxer from the 50's.

In fact, half of your posts are dedicated to anti-Rocky garbage.
Your existence on this board is merely one big cherry pick.

That's one of the clips that makes it easier to picture him facing bigger opponents, fighting from the crouch leaping out with big hooks.

Obviously rolling with a jab from Wlad isn't a good idea and could see him backed up and knocked out.

Well, Marciano was either 1) slow, had poor balance and even worse footwork, threw wild, amateurish
punches, fought either nobodies or over the hill ex-champs or 2) had great balance, great footwork, threw crisp and
clean punches, fought everyone they put in front of him (including current or ex-champs) and beat them.

    It's 50/50.

LaStarza was just the right opponent to give Marciano trouble; slim, not too big, light/fast on his feet, could take a punch, defense, and ring smarts.
