Because he's very aggressive like me. I clearly prefer Usyk, Lomachenko and Gvozdyk to him skillwise, but he's a fun fighter who puts on entertaining fights, and is good for the sport.

Thanks for the updates. A pity we couldn't watch it here in the UK.

I hope they get Khytrov back into the gym fairly quickly, work on some of his weak points and then get him a fight shortly after that. Be a shame to see such an exciting fighter get discouraged and sit on the sidelines because of an unexpected setback.

Sky might be trying to hype Stephen Smith, albeit in a roundabout manner.

Yeah, I remember being a bit mystified by that decision but thinking that Aleem occasionally switched off and could be outworked. But I've always liked the combinations he throws and regarded him as being pretty talented. Would have pegged Khytrov to beat him based on volume, but I'm not completely shocked by the fact that Aleem was able to pull of the upset.

No it's another example of a fighters skill regressing once he leaves the amateur ranks. Khytrov was only really a successful amateur when he was training with Lomachenko sr.
These US trainers don't know boxing, he's sparring against bum US fighters and not fighting regularly.
He's looked dog**** since turning pro, I haven't even bothered following him even though I was a fan when he was part of the Ukrainian national team.

Sky showing interview with Jack there. Comes across as a really likeable chap. Still Team Chunky though.

They just showed Paul's fight with DeGale as well. As if that win deserves to feature in any DeGale highlight reel.

It could be worse: Sky could always play "Sweet Caroline" on a loop whilst doing it. :monoloco:

He's really just a baby, experience wise, and as far as I know he didn't have a long amateur career nor is he affiliated with top tier coaches or sparring partners. Guys like that are capable of improving fight to fight, as they're still highly moldable and can correct their minor mistakes as they learn and improve.

I'm far more concerned about people that are around 30 or older and still have awful habits.
