Now that Jacobs has signed to fight Golovkin, can we all agree that Jacobs is a bum?

    If we don't agree that Jacobs is a bum, then we have to give GGG credit when he flattens him. As a massive supporter of Al Haymon, Floyd Mayweather, Adrien Broner, Andre Ward and Deontay Wilder, the thought of giving that Eastern European man the slightest bit of credit turns my stomach.

    So I have a plan, a plan that I use for any decent fighter GGG fights- call said fighter a bum, and hence no credit for Golovkin! I can call him Bumlovkin too!!!!

    hahaha Danny Jacobs officially suddenly becomes a bum on the 19th March, and then the torch gets passed to the next American hope.. and the cycle starts again.

    I've not seen Rob Brant.. but maybe he's the next guy after Jacobs that will be hyped

    Jacobs is not a bum he is a good fighter, not a elite world champion. He is GGG's best opponent by far which is still pretty sad for a 35 year old supposed top pound for pound fighter.

    I strongly disagree. You can't become a bum all of a sudden. It usually takes around 2 months.

    Good plan. If by some miracle Jacobs scores a few goof shots aND lasts a few extra rounds, we can then say that GGG was exposed by a bum. Absolutely devilish.

    I often find you can go from becoming a quality fighter who would beat GGG to a bum, in the amount of time it takes to write your signature on a contract.

    No way is Danny Jacobs a bum nor is any one fighting at this level. My old trainer used to jump on anyone calling any fighter a bum he'd say " Could you beat that guy yourself easily" Answer was always NO
    He"d say " Then you have no right calling him that now apologize"
    Danny has the balls Canelo etc obviously lack by taking this fight He earned my respect. Good luck to both fighters May the best man win
