Russell and Davis are two different fighters.
While Russell is more of a boxer, Davis is more puncher.
Both have fast hands, but Russell has the faster hands of the two.
Between the two, I put Davis ahead for future greatness because although Russell has faster hand speed, he also has fragile hands that become sore and injured after fights. Davis's hands appear to be concrete and more sturdy, thus prone to less injury.

That being said, I'm not like the fair weather fans on this site who hype a fighter and as soon as they get exposed or lose they drop him and label him a bum.
I predicted Russell would defeat Lomanchenko, and was wrong, but Russell is still my boy and in the rematch, I think he shows great improvement and takes out Lomo.
