GGG has a very good beard. That's been proven. A few of those shots from Brook would have no doubt hurt and buckled the likes of Jacobs and Wilder
That was a massive uppercut, and his body language after taking that shot pointed to him being hurt. He recovered, but that shot hurt him no doubt.
Yet another one who's reading comprehension is 3rd grade level. I didn't just talk about getting hit, it's what happened afterwards. There's no need to make up a myth in your mind that ggg is this perfect fighter when he's not. Anything with a heartbeat can die, remember that.
Imagine what CEJ would do to him. Bigger , stronger and throws a far more powerful uppercut than Brook. If GGG vs CEJ ever happens its going to be Hatton Kosta Zoo all over again.
Golovkin's game has very few weaknesses. He's like Ray Leonard in that he can do everything in the ring.
Another armchair body language expert. No one said or alluded to ggg being immortal. But he was clearly not hurt in the context you are implying. If he were then he would have either gone into a shell, backed up or held. He done neither.
A god doesn't struggle with speed like that. Also you need actual good competition to see weaknesses. We really don't know everything we need to know about him yet.
Of course no punch feels good. But there are different degrees of pain and when a fighter talks of being hurt they mean stunned, shaken to core of losing their senses or on the cusp of being floored. You cannot seriously tell me that brook hurt him like that.
Golovkin doesn't struggle with speed. If you have speed he just walks you down and pummels you until he breaks your face. If you have power he will unleash the jab and pick you to pieces. If you want to crowd him and pressure him, he will just level the ever living **** out of you when you walk in. He's a hard guy to gameplan for.
I disagree, also why does he and his trainer feel the need to tell us he's never been hurt? Looks like he's trying to cover up what happened in the Brook fight. ggg shouldn't care that much about what I and others think. By the way ggg came out swinging wildly in the 3rd round it seemed he was embarrassed he got hit like that. I find it suspicious and reinforces my opinion that something went down in that fight.
Fact of the matter is, that Brook did indeed hurt GGG in the second round, so there's nothing to debate on this issue.
