I haven't seen Salido-Lomachenko, but I'll watch it as I have time. How did that fight turn out? Lomachenko lost by side decision. How did you score it?

I could see it as a draw, but I scored it 7-5 Salido.

I thought that Lomachenko won a close fight.

Lomachenko was robbed by the referee but certainly not the judges.

Well Salido cheated in a number of ways but the judges weren't to blame.

Should Salido have been DQ'd? Prob. He should have def have had points deducted as a deterrent to fighting the way he did and had he continued been disqualified.

And don't get me started on him missing weight or that other time he failed a drug test. He's lucky he's allowed to fight at all the cheating POS.

This is what I was going to post.

The ref should be banned from boxing for life for the amount of illegal assault he let go without so much as a single warning. But seeing how there were no official point deductions Salido won what still turned out to be a close fight 7 rounds to 5 in my book. If they ever meet again Salido maybe wins 2 rounds and is stopped in the 11th :deal:

I think Salido knew he couldn't match Loma's skills and athleticism, which no one atm can, but he wasn't goin to be sent out to be the lamb to be slaughtered. Yes he used dirty tactics, but there were times when Loma looked lost when it came to infighting and Salido let him have it. I don't think Loma should had fought Salido knowing he was overweight, but Loma is one of the classiest fighters and went ahead anyways and still accepted the loss as a humbling experience. And because of that, Loma is even better than before, he'll know how to handle a rough, experienced fighter like Salido. You let Salido fight his fight, you're in for a long night. I personally think Loma got overconfident, trying to collect a worthy scalp like Salido's. Salido basically is an undefeated fighters worst nightmare.

If the ref didn't do anything I would have retaliated straight away with low blows, elbows and head butts of my own.

If that's the way you want it then that's the way we'll do it would be my attitude. I think that there's plenty of things you can criticise Floyd for but cheap shotting that punk Ortiz when he just tried to break his nose, break his orbital bone or knock out his teeth shouldn't be one of them.

This. Loma clearly underestimated Salido and lost because of it. Salido knows all the tricks in the book to give any fighter a hard time.

exactly, all brain dead Mayweathers think everything is a robbery. If GGG KO'd Floyd he'd blame the judges
