Im going to do a speed bag thing when i get back to the gym give or take...3 weeks. im still on my new years holiday. Trolling is where you post things with the intent to cause disgruntlement. For example saying "Sugar Ray Robinson was a bum who never won a title" and "Don't do roadwork because there is no direct application to boxing" as well as leaving one liners on threads thinking that you are slick or some ****.
