    Anyway, some guidance please. Am I now meant to write something slightly barbed to give you some leverage for further trolling? I only ask because I think we need to outline a basic strategy going forward.

    I tell you what, the best way forward is some kind of Troll-o-meter which identifies on a scale of 0-10 how 'trolled' I'm feeling. It's '0' at the moment just to let you know but I'm sure, if we work together, we can bump that number up a few notches...
