GGG has never fought a A, B, or even a C level opponents. 10 years he faced D and worse level opponents.

Not as much as you think it would. If GGG were to move up and have some good wins there they would just start calling him a natural SMW who drained down to fight smaller men. Which is completely untrue as he is a normal sized MW. But that's what would happen.

Man, Canelo might not have even beat Lemiuex or Murray. Golovkin's resume is quite a lot better than Joshua's. Canelo Glass Heart Alvarez surrendered his belt at the feet of GGG. Which is a pretty good indication of the quality of fighter that Canelo is. Which is "Not A Great".

GGG is a killer, but watching him in the ring, I feel an exceptionally mobile boxer in great shape and with a decent chin could out decision him. I also have been following the sport long enough to know that anyone can be hurt eventually. I really like this Jacob's fight. If Danny's chin holds up for a few rounds, it should answer some more things about GGG and help his case.

GGG isn't even as good as Martinez who was an actual small MW who moved up and dominated the 160 division.
Half these guys around now are/we're rejects who couldn't sniff a title during Martinez prime guys like Murray,Jacobs,Lemuix etc.

Beating up subteir fighters impressively isn't an achievement or accomplishment if you half way decent you should be able to, now most will claim he's so ducked but will fail to acknowledge that at no point has GGG been willing to do what it takes to actually make a good fight but talk.
Golovkin is a good fighter but no where close to HOF let alone ATG, which is an isn't his fault isn't because 160 is devoid of real talent, but it is because when the opportunity has been there he's either let it slip, prices himself out, or something that doesn't really help with making the fight.

The most ludicrous thing is the compassion to Hagler, Monzon and such if he was in a good division he's get credit for beating or even unifying 160. But 160 is trash if you don't understand the difference between fighting a Leonard who won title's at 168 in his career who has a wealth of Champs beaten before facing Hagler, or Hoya who is number 2 for most division titles all time a guy who was Lineal at 47 and 54 and owned a 60 title before fighting Hopkins, compared to a Kell Brook who has one half way decent win in his career then you simple as hell.

Old generation get praised off what they did and who they beat, not what you thought they could do and think they can beat.

ATG material that might not get that marquee name to solidify the ATG claim. My opinion.

    Murray dominated Martinez you @ss.
Lemiuex was 22 when he gassed v Rubio and then overcompensated in his next fight vs Alcine.
Macklin is Sergio's best win other than PWilly, who Paulie would KTFO if he tagged him square.

Actually you're wrong. The old generations way of establishing a legacy is quite similar to the way Golovkin is doing. Winning the world title and then viciously defending it was the way to prove greatness.

Can't wait for this Jacobs fight. It's going to answer a lot of questions.

The best case for Murray is a draw vs the same one legged guy Cotto knocked out.
Since losing to Rubio, and Alcine what top fighters has Lemuiex beaten, what top fighters has he beaten ever N'dam who got dropped 7 times the fight before.

Williams, Chavez, and Pavlick compared to what Brook, Lemuiex, and what Geale. Yeah buddy some great you have there

Can't be great fighting journeyman, can't name one great fighter who doesn't have great wins. Beating up subteir fighters while touting a fake defense record isn't greatness at all.

Chavez has beaten better guys than any opponent GGG has faced so, what are you really saying.
