Izu Ugunoh the best Polish heavyweight prospect since Andrew Golota?

    Poland always lacked elite fighters, with the exception of Dariusz Michalczewski and a prime Adamek. Nevertheless they had decent Top 20 fighters in the past who never ducked anyone and it's always a pleasure to watch their fights.

    What about Izu though? This man is in shape and a big puncher. Is Izu Ugunoh the best Polish heavyweight prospect since Golota and the first Pole who could become the Heavyweight champion of the world?

    Nigerians tend to have pretty sturdy mandibles. The Congo and South Africa are known for their glass jawed imports.

    I'd say so... All depends of whether or not he goes further than Szpilka. But as far at the eye test is concerned he looks to be the more promising of the two.

    Richard Dawkins and Ali Velshi were both born in Nairobi Kenya, that does not necessarily mean that they're Kenyans. Bla bla bla Nairobi was a protectorate/colony of the British empire at Dawkin's birth, but still.

    Being born in a country doesn't make you a real citizen of that count. I am black and my parents are black. If they moved to China before they had me and gave birth to me there I doubt anybody there would consider me Chinese. They would consider me a black guy living in China. Kind of like the people who run to the USA and pop out a kid.

    In any case Izu isn't Polish and I wouldn't consider him a decent prospect yet since he has yet to fight anybody worth mentioning.

    As if he has anything to do with Polish identity.

    I was born and raised in the United States, and I'm Italian, Russian, Irish, British, German, French, Polish and Spanish, oh and I also happen to be an American. Just because I'm an American that doesn't invalidate the fact that I'm Italian, Russian, Irish, British, German, French, Polish and Spanish.

    He's a Nigerian born in Poland.
