He had an earlier claim when he beat Sanders, a man whom Wlad had NOT beaten.





All kidding aside, I regard Wlad as the 'greater' of the two based on his resume. But that was more the vagaries of fate. I believe Vitali would have beaten anybody on Wlad's resume (at least the Vitali up till age 40). I'm not certain the reverse is true.

And while Wlad is the more polished boxer of the pair, I don't think any version of Wlad would have much chance against the Vitali of Lewis TKO 6.


Still, all that's hypothetical.

As it stands, Wlad is scraping the bottom of the top 10 and Vitali....

Maybe scraping the bottom of the top 20.

Both klitschko's are certified ATG's and well ahead of guys like lewis, Ali and Holmes in the all time rankings

Both Klitschkos were great fighters.......................I preferred Vitali over Vlad, but both were great, no doubt about it. Vitali came back from a 4 year lay-off and stopped Peter in the 8th round!!!
