    Probably. He's not a Chinese scene level scrub. Cermeno is going to be nearly 40 by the time this takes place, won't he? So old for a lower weight class fighter, surprising he managed a career resurgence of any kind because of his age.

    These lower weights dont carry as much quality so if you avoid 2 or 3 top guys you can get a belt quite easily. Cermeno is decent but his past it, Super Bantam is awful atm only Rigo is left at this point.
