Brook saying he cant get motivated for spence, like hes fought a run of big names in succession, hea fought ONE good fighter in shawn porter, ggg doesn't count because he knew he would get destroyed, HE HAD NO MOTIVATION PROBLEM FOR NONO DAN AND KEV BIZIER, absolute disgrace

Ah yes just seen it. So he can't get motivated for a highly rated genuine threat to his title? How convenient !

Spence is high risk and low reward. Brook is past 30 now and looking to secure his future financially by having big fights. Khan is a much easier fight for several times the pay. Doesn't take a genius to see which fight he prefers. But of course the Brook haters will say it's a "duck" despite him facing a much more difficult opponent in GGG.

    Great logic...facepalm.

Tbf khan got the same type of abuse for holding off for the mayweather fight. Could have just argued he was just looking to secure himself financially as well.

I m sorry but its a duck from brook. Who,s not really earned the i m just trying to make myself financially secure mantra. Seemingly made a packet against golovkin. Probably made good money fighting gavin etc on ppv. Lets be honest but who has he really fough apart from porter...for anyone to pay their hard earned cash to him so he can be more financially secure...even though he most probably is already.

I like brook. But he should take the fight. If hes fine for the weight for khan and pacman hes allright for spence. Who i think he probably beats anyway. While getting 75 percent on top.

If the khan fights there take it...but if not it starts to make the eddie hearn we ve been trying for years to get him a credible opponent sound a bit silly. Bearing in mind theres one there ready to go now. Where your getting 75 percent of the purse.

If the IBF allow Brook to fight for the vacant 154lbs title he should do that.

You seen the rankings for the ibf. Hardly heard of any of them in the top ten. Doesnt really make sense if hes talking about financially secure fights. Even if he won that what then...why would eddie get one of the decent names across when he couldnt at 147. The top names arent paying enough outside cotto and canelo to pay him the money brook and eddie are wanting to go across to america. We re gonna end up with the same problem he had at 147. Its gonna be smith. Cotto or canelo in the end. Cottos retiring this year. Canelos too big for brook comes in the ring over 170. And smiths another disappointing fight.

Eddie should have put his hand in his pocket a long time ago concerning brook. Sometimes to get to these big big fights you ve got to invest a bit. More get rich quick from eddie going on here.

Anyway talking about low risk high reward. Say eddie gets spence over here which appears the most likely outcome. That will end up ppv. If gavin brook is you ve got to bet spence brook will be. Lets say it does 200,000 buys which isnt that optimistic. 200,000 times 20 quid. We re talking...4 million in revenue straight away. Thats before a hell of a lot more coming in. 75 percent of the purse etc.

Failing to see why its low reward for a welterweight who,s only really won one big fight in the grand scheme of things. Not everyones gonna get joshua money every fight.
