all due respect to CST, but I could tell he was going out on a limb hoping for what he wanted rather than what was more likely when it came to Martin vs AJ. imo

"Charles Martin is running short of money"

 

Charles Martin could hook up with David Haye for a "We're broke, we need cash" charity fight.

 

That actually might well be a good match up.

Martin comes back in April-June this year (if at all) and gets banged out again quickly.

We then never see him again.

I think thats how I see his career ending.

He is on some heavy drugs.

 

Fraudley is the WBF Emeritus champion after all and will face Martin next year- if the money is right.

 

I want to be a billionaire and date super models. I want to have super power and fly around the world righting wrongs. I want to live forever. I want to be admired by everyone. (well, not really) I want to stop working and win the lottery once a week.

 

I don't mind Charlie Martin if I'm honest. He could make quite a useful gatekeeper for some up and comers, the way Tony Thompson was for years. That's if he comes off whatever narcotically laced cloud he's floating on and gets back to fighting.

He rid us of that idiot Glazkov for a while, so for that I'll always be grateful.

 

I dont see why Martin cant win a world title again. He is a big HW with power.
I think many posters comment because of how he lost to Joshua but I think many other top HWs would have gone the same way that night.
I doubt there would be as many comments about Martin if before facing Joshua, he had of got a couple of defences in first.

I guess if Martin had a tune up or a few, I think he would be a big fight for Parker and I would guess that would be a tough fight for either

 

I think he could beat Stiverne, Chisora, fighters of that sort of level. Parker likely mercs him, maybe not as soon as Joshua, but that fight's only going to go one way.
