Are the sanctioning bodies forcing 3G to test while allowing Jacobs to volunteer? G is the one that is voluntarily testing, it is not mandatory. There is no American privilege because G can do the same thing as Jacobs. G is being smart in this case! Imagine if he refused to test? People would come out of the wood work to accuse G of cheating. I can see why fighters are hesitant of the testing. You have to let the testing agency know your whereabouts at all times. It is a huge inconvenience. If a fighter doesn't want to go through all of that during a big fight, I can understand. It doesn't necessarily mean they are juiced.

That's only true if Jacobs is actually cheating! I will agree that allowing one fighter to volunteer for testing and making another test is most definitely wrong. I would like to think that Jacobs isn't a cheat and would hope he would be a stand up guy and take the test.
