Had the first Cruz vs Frampton fight a draw, this one's in Vegas and I think Cruz will fight a smarter fight. Had to watch and score again just to make sure and indeed still a draw, rounds 1,2,3,4,8 & 9 Frampton 5,6,7,10,11 & 12 Cruz. Cruz uses his advantages in height, huge reach, and stays behind a constantly working jab even if the fight looks almost identical I believe Cruz gets the decision in Vegas.
