The leonard that fought hagler loses. Hagler gave that fight away by being orthodox for the first 4rounds. he also couldnt tie leonard down until later, GGG isnt a better boxer than hagler, hagler is more rounded, but golovkin is a better stalker for sure. A new ESB proverb - ''It could of gone either way''
Until G proves he is on the level of greatness that Leonard did, I'm going with Sugar Ray all day. He would dance around, throwing sporadic flurries and stealing rounds on the judges cards from the relentless predator that is GGG. G would cut the ring off well, but would find Leonard frustratingly elusive. After the announcement of the judges decision in favor of Ray, the controversy and outrage would reach a much higher peak than it even did when Ray got the decision over Hagler. Leonard's style of boxing is even less appreciated by modern fans, most of which seem to prefer the face-first brawlers to truly defensively masterful boxers.
leonard shoeshined a slow looking hagler who was actually more a boxer, not a stalker. ggg likes opponents who retreat at long range
This thread is further proof that the GGGoons have multiple alt accounts. Just look at the poll results and the posts.. Too bad the two of the most active Mods are a GGGoon and a certified Canelo hater.
bigger leonard fan than ggg fan, this is hard fight for leonard. people base leonards' mw legacy on beating a stupid and past prime hagler. would canellow beat leonard?! isal says yes!
You're just a dumb falk. SRL would school Golovkin much easier than the Duran rematch. The Fab four on a different level than the Little Fab 4 in MAB, Pacquiao, JMM and Morales, and the 90s Fab 4 in ODLH, Tito, Quartey, Vargas. All those fighters mentioned are more accomplished, more polished, higher ranked, and more proven than either Canelo or Golovkin. Think about that, and learn.
