Wasn't Capetillo banned for life and didn't he accept the ban? I don't know for a fact but I suspect that Capetillo accepted the ban in lieu of the CSAC referring the matter to a prosecutor.

When Mosely was first accused he claimed absolute innocence said he would never cheat . He even claimed to have passed polygraph tests he thought the shots in his stomach were for allergies LOL BUT then BALCO produced the receipts with his name & signature on them & he was BUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But he supposedly passed the test for the Oscar fight he was juiced for?? HOW??

Panama Lewis is scum of the earth. The very fact he's still allowed to work proves how corrupt boxing is
He removed padding from Luis Resto's gloves & Resto must have realized this as soon as they were put on him. Both should have been charged with attempted murder. Both were proven cheats
Believe me IF there was irrefutable proof either Capetillo or Margarito deliberately tried to load those gloves I'd be on them worse than any of you BUT there is none

Have you see the transcript of the hearing when Margarito applied for his license to be reinstated ? Tony's rep asked the CSAC if they could inspect the pads as theyd never been allowed to see them .
After much mumbling & whispering the CSAC rep stated " Err Err We cannot produce them they have unfortunately been MISLAID!!!!" VERY convenient Huh ?????
Sadly its done, the damage is done. A man I believe to be 100% innocent had his career & good name tarnished by a blatant lie. Why don't you ask Naz where those "PLASTER BLOCKS" he claimed he saw fall out of Tony's wrap went to ??

 

I would LOVE to see Margarito- Mosely II with VADA doing the testing & HONEST officials. I know Tony would relish it too. Despite his permanently suspect eye Tony would DESTROY Mosely I know I'd be ringside for that. Then bring on Pretty in Pink Cotto anywhere BUT NYC that's as bad as being in San Juan
