Loool damn seems the whole boxing industry is on this dude and yet again he comes out unscathed. Big win for boxing, I don't understand how people can hate a man that gives us free boxing and has never said anything to the media.

 

Oscar is washed up if Canelo ever leaves it's a wrap for golden boy, the guy clearly has substance abuse problems and should take a hiatus before he sinks his company any lower.

Loved Oscar the boxer and for a time the promoter but he's now turned into the promoter he once vilified for not giving the fans what they want,he's something else really as in the process he's damaged his star fighters reputation.
Not sure if the language barrier or hero worship but it's clear Canelo still looks up to Oscar and respects his decisions even if at the time it means copping a load of stick.
Don't like promoters taking each other to court and have some sympathy for GBP who have been in the business longer than Haymon.

That's definitely the reason why the industry doesn't like him but if your an actual fan of the sport how could you hate someone who puts on free shows? (Are they always the greatest cards? No but **** it, it's free and it means more exposure for boxing to a bigger audience).
