I am expecting both to come through in style on Saturday night.

Barross and Santa Cruz are not jokes but the incentives of the big paydays that lay ahead will be enough to see them through.

And who do you expect to win a unification between the two should they both win? Frampton seems to have that X factor whereas Selby nearly always seems to underwhelm whenever I see him fight.

I always feel like Selby is about to deliver a complete performance only for him to disappoint despite winning. He's a bit like Degale on that front.

Frampton would win the fight between the two, he's just more talented

IF CF wins this fight imo he'd be P4P no1 in GB. He seems like one of very few fighters to take live fights and face the best, In a recent interview hes spoke about going up again to fight Loma. Peole slated him for not fighting Rigo but hes shown hes willing to take tough fights for the right money

Loma would dismantle him, if he didn't fight rigo why would he go near him?

I think Selby would box his way to a wide ud against him aswell, hopefully they get it on and the arrogant and condescending cyclone mob will get shut up.

Selby flatters to decieve. I can see why he would want it as Frampton brings the money to the table.

I think Selby would win, huge Featherweight, also prob the quickest fighter Frampton would have faced, quicker that Santa Cruz.

Selby on his size, I am sure he will move up to 130 next year.

Selby v Davis would be lit.

Na for me Frampton would win, he is far more disciplined and would control the range too much I dont think that there is too much of a gap between them to be fair but Framptons style would be all wrong for Selby I reckon and I say that as big Selby fan (also a big Frampton fan to be fair). Selby can look fantastic against come forward fighters but i just think he would struggle with Framptons footwork and the way he controls range. Would love to see the fight to find out tho !

Totally agree. Selby is underrated here it seems.

And for the record I'm a huge admirer of Frampton but let's not act like his team didn't actively avoid Rigo.

Yes for me he defo did avoid Rigo, just about everyone of note has tho to be fair. Rigo doesnt speak english, doesnt have a huge following, doesnt have a casual friendly style so there aint money there hence why not many promoters have backed him hugely. IMO it wouldnt be a great fight as a spectacle either I dont think the styles match up to well, would be a very tentative fight I think. I also dont think Rigo is of the level he once was and actually think Frampton would have a decent chance against him, better than a lot would give him.

Even with all those negatives however I would still like to see the fight just to find out. I think Rigo of around 3/4 years ago would be heavy favourite in my eyes... not so much now tho maybe slight favourite

Me too mate, am a huge Frampton fan, but Selby is a top level fighter, his movement and hand speed are great, and I think he has a real good chin, am not too sure how Frampton would outbox or hurt him, could be wrong, hope they both win this weekend.

Pretty sh1tty the way Frampton, Quigg , Cruz etc ducked Rigo, but I reckon the Selby fight would be equally as hard to win for Frampton. It'll be interesting to see how good Selby looks on Saturday.
